 Auburn University Executive MBA

The distance Executive MBA Program gives full-time working professionals the opportunity to earn a fully accredited MBA degree in less than two years without career interruption.

* The Executive MBA Program is AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accredited.

Auburn's Executive MBA has been designed to maximize an executive's most valuable resource--time. The program combines on campus residencies, international study, and innovative distance education technologies to create an intensive, but flexible learning environment. Aimed at mid- and upper-level professionals, the EMBA runs 21 months, launches each fall, and prepares business leaders with the technical, analytical, and creative skills necessary to excel in the world of 21st century business.

The Technology Management Concentration within the MBA Program offers a high quality and flexible business education tailored to the needs of technology–driven companies and managers. This concentration is designed for engineers or computer scientists, or for those who work in a technology-oriented position with at least 8 years of professional experience. The curriculum combines the essential MBA core disciplines--accounting, finance, economics and management--with specialized courses designed to provide a technology management perspective on business.

The EMBA Program is for students with at least 8 years of progressively responsible experience (full-time working professionals).

As an outstanding business school within one of the country's major research institutions, Auburn's College of Business attracts the nation's innovative entrepreneurs and eminent corporate executives. These men and women come to Auburn not only to share their experience, but to sharpen their knowledge by engaging students and faculty in spirited dialogue.
